Lucas Art Works Rendering ProcessCreating a architectural rendering is something we do ever day. We also understand that it may be an unfamiliar process to you. Wehave created a step by step guide to help you better understand just how we turn you technical blueprints into a beautiful rendering.

Start from your blueprints. You can mail, email or fax me a copy of your prints. I will accept any computer file such as PDF, TIFF, JPEG. If you have CADD files they may not be compatable.
We use the elevations and floor plans from your blueprints and we construct the 3D model. This ensures that we are architectural accurate with the design of the building. We can than rotate the building until we have created the best possible perspective to view your building. We will then send you the best views for you to choose from.
This is where your house or building starts to take life. We work with you to create the appropriate landscaping and color scheme for your property. I than send you this Preliminary Drawing and color scheme for you to approve.
The Final Watercolor Rendering is complete. You can now begin the process of creating the marketing and advertising materials you will need to promote your project.
All final artwork is available as digital files. These files will consist of 1- high resolution TIFF file which can be used for printing brochures, postcards and signs. The other file will be a low resolution JPEG file that you can email or use on a website.
These files will be available to you the day they are complete by downloading them from a folder on my website
